This beautiful villa is situated on its own fenced plot of approx. 500 sqm with outdoor pool (24 sqm), sun deck, barbecue fireplace, spacious covered terrace with dining table and two parking spaces in the yard. Villa Bella Arte with pool offers space for 6 people with 180 square metres of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the living room with dining area and open fireplace, access to the covered terrace and pool area, as well as the bathroom with shower/WC. From the pool area and the covered terrace there is a marvellous view of the sea and the surrounding area. On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with access to the balcony with loungers and seating, and the bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. The whole house is air-conditioned and wifi internet access is available. In the basement there is also a tavern with dining table and seating as well as an infrared cabin.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
