The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and two fireplaces. In addition there is a conservatory and there are five air conditioners, two terraces and two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Our holiday home is available for rent from the beginning of April to the end of October – including the beautiful month of September/October when the sea is still pleasantly warm and the surrounding nature is perfect for hiking and biking. It's also available during the warm spring/early summer. Therefore, the beautiful pool is heated by both solar energy and an air-to-water heat pump!

We offer our guests arrival and departure on Sundays so they can avoid the traffic jams on Fridays and especially Saturdays.

Villa Perla in Kastelir near Poreč offers breathtaking sea views. Located approximately 9 km from Poreč, you can escape the hustle and bustle while still being just minutes away from Poreč or one of the stunning beaches. In Kastelir, you'll find restaurants, bars, and all the shops you need for daily life.

This beautiful, original Istrian stone house has been completely renovated and newly furnished and features four bedrooms, each with either two single beds or one double bed.

The total living space is approximately 120 m² and is equipped with air conditioning. It consists of a main house with a living/kitchen area and a guest WC on the ground floor, leading to a covered terrace with breathtaking views over Poreč and out to sea. This terrace can be transformed into a conservatory in seconds using a sliding door. From there, you have access to the first bedroom with an en-suite shower and a separate WC.

The kitchen is completely new and equipped with a stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A new washing machine is also available.

Directly in front of the house is the newly landscaped outdoor area with a 30 m² swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers, and an outdoor seating area with a barbecue.

The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a brand-new bathroom with a shower – all rooms offer sea views from the beds!

Furthermore, the house includes a beautiful apartment with its own entrance, a living area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a lovely bathroom with a shower. This area, with its separate entrance, is ideal for providing grandparents or teenagers with their own private space, or, due to its structural features, for simplifying the stay for one or more people with disabilities.

Televisions are available in all living areas.

Dogs are allowed upon prior arrangement – surcharge: €50 per week per dog.

The pool is regularly cleaned by a very friendly person who is always available to answer questions or help with any problems. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
