Detailed information
The natural stone house is in a very quiet location in a picturesque village, surrounded by olive trees. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea, four kilometres away.
The covered terrace invites you to enjoy meals outdoors and to round off the warm summer evenings with good wine. The garden is surrounded by a natural stone wall and is home to olive trees, palm trees, lemon and fig trees as well as typical local plants. Inside is the 3x6 metre pool (1.50 m deep), as well as an outdoor solar shower and sun loungers for guests' exclusive use. On the well-tended lawn you can chill out under the olive trees, but you can also play ball games, boccia and the like. 2 cars can be parked directly in front of the house. There is a brick barbecue on site for barbecue evenings.
The holiday home is furnished with great attention to detail. Some of the furnishings are typical of the country, but there are also modern touches. This gives the holiday home its special touch. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom has two tandem beds so that 4 people can sleep here. The centre of the house is a large living room with a cosy sofa area and wood-burning stove. This living room flows into the kitchen area, where a long wooden table with seating for 8 invites you to socialise. The well-kept kitchen is fully equipped. Guests have an oven, a hob with 4 hotplates, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment and small appliances such as a toaster, kettle and blender at their disposal. There are two bathrooms, which are equipped with WC and shower. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which is available to guests free of charge.
Despite the quiet location of the holiday home, it is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, also by bike. The town of Porec is 8 km away, Novigrad is 5 km away and the house beach at Lanterna is just 4 km away. If you want to discover the inland, you should definitely plan a trip to Motovun, Grosnjan, Buje and Pazin, where everything is still very original, there are castles, old walls, beautiful vineyards, truffles and great photo opportunities.... Payment terms and -periods
