This great detached holiday home is located in a quiet area in the village of Ripenda Kras. The road to the house is a private road, so there is hardly any traffic. Enjoy your holidays in this beautiful house with your family or friends. The total area of the house is 129m² and the size of the garden is 1500m². From this lovely holiday home you have a wonderful view of the historic town of Labin. Here you will really enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, because the house is situated on a hill, surrounded by greenery and other holiday homes.
The furnishings are of good quality and modern, and the attractive outdoor pool with sun loungers offers you additional comfort and luxury. The large, well-kept garden with barbecue area invites you to relax and unwind, or read a good holiday book in the shade of the trees.
