From this lovely holiday home you have a wonderful view of the historic town of Labin. Here you will really enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, because the house is situated on a hill, surrounded by greenery and other holiday homes.

The furnishings are of good quality and modern, and the attractive outdoor pool with sun loungers offers you additional comfort and luxury. The large, well-kept garden with barbecue area invites you to relax and unwind, or read a good holiday book in the shade of the trees.

On the ground floor there is a hallway, a living room with sofa bed (for two people), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8 people and a shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower and a storage room.

The nearby town of Labin hosts many concerts, exhibitions and theatre performances during the summer months. Visit the popular town of Rabac, which invites you to linger with its beaches, waterfront promenade and many cafés, bars and restaurants. We recommend trying the local culinary specialities, which are evidence of a particularly tasty cuisine. You can also savour the honey schnapps Medenica for the 'fairer' and Biska for the 'stronger' sex.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
