The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. The 130 m² holiday home is located on the outskirts of Rebici and is suitable for up to eight people. It dates back to 1900 and was last renovated in 2012. The Rebici beach is 2 km away via a tarmac road.

In the courtyard there is a 21 m² private pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols. On the ground floor there is a terrace with a barbecue and a rustic wooden table with seating for up to eight people. The balcony with sea views on the upper floor can be reached via an external staircase and is furnished with a rattan seating area and parasol.

On the ground floor is the living room with an open fireplace, sofa area and satellite TV as well as two of the three bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) (baby cot also possible) and the second bedroom has two single beds (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m). The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a small seating area (dining table with chairs). The third bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and another bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC are located on the upper floor, which can be reached via an external staircase. A second living room with satellite TV and pull-out sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) offers two more sleeping places. WLAN is also available in the house.

The centre of Rebici is about 200 m away. The sea and the beach as well as water sports facilities and a fishing spot are approx. 2 km away, and shopping facilities, a restaurant and public transport are 5 km away. The airport and ferry harbour are around 28 km away. A golf course is 26 km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
