Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Balcony 5 m2, terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: safe, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
2-family house "Soriso", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Rapki 7 km from the centre of Motovun, 2 km from the centre of Karojba, 19 km from the centre of Poreč, 19 km from the sea. Private: property 450 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 32 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 18 km, railway station 18 km, pebble beach 19 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Video surveillance of the driveway and parking.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
