General

The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (private) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday house is located in a small village in the municipality of Caroiba, in the hinterland of the Istrian peninsula. It is part of a row of houses next to each other. It is surrounded by green nature and is therefore an ideal place to relax.

Outside, there is a private garden with a children's playground and a brick barbecue. Another new feature of the property is the 6.5 m x 4.5 m swimming pool. The depth can be adjusted between 1.20 m and 1.50 m. There is an area of approximately 90 square metres with non-slip tiles, equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The property also includes a private parking area for up to four cars.

The house has been renovated and is on one level. A small staircase leads to the entrance of the mezzanine level. It has three bedrooms: one large with two double beds and two with one double bed each (bed size 160x190cm). The kitchen-dining room is rustic and comfortably furnished. It has a dining table, a fireplace, a TV with satellite channels, a kitchen with a gas and electric cooker, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle. The house is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet access. There is a washing machine.

The house is a 15-minute drive from Poreč and the sea. There are numerous restaurants, discos and pizzerias in the vicinity. There are also two water parks where you can spend a few hours of fun. There is also a riding school nearby.

Right next to the holiday home is the owner's farm, where wine and olive oil are cultivated. Guests can help with farm work if they wish. Firewood for the fireplace and grill is provided free of charge by the owner. A computer is also available to guests.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
