Villa Neo is a comfortable holiday home for 6-8 people with a pool in the quiet village of Ribari in inland Istria.
Built in 2014, the house sits on its own fenced property with a well-maintained lawn. Guests have access to a 24 sq m swimming pool with a large sun lounger, barbecue, ping-pong table, dining table for al fresco meals, four bicycles (free to use), and two parking spaces.
The holiday home, accommodating 6-8 people, is spread over two floors and has a living area of 150 sq m. The ground floor features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and a sofa bed for two children, a double bedroom, and a shower/toilet. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower/toilet and the other with its own covered terrace. There is also a shower/toilet in the hallway.
NOTE: The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.
No youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
