General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a jacuzzi, a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Comfortable accommodation located on the ground floor of the estate for families up to eight people, which is ideal for two families or a larger family. It is located in the quiet and small village Puntera, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a partial view of the sea a couple kilometers away.

Guests can enjoy the use of well-maintained garden with a pool (round pool 4m x 1,2m depth) and a basement with fireplace ideal for grilling. There are two parking spaces within the plot.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available in the house, as a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a whirlpool tub and four bedrooms with eight large beds (six beds 200x90cm + french bed 200x160cm). Two additional possibilities for sleeping on a sleeping couch.

Maintained beaches or nice natural beaches are however ten and more kilometers away (Rabac, Krnica, Rakalj, Pula, Medulin).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
