The balconies in front of the bedrooms on the upper floor afford a view over the beautiful hilly landscape. Down in the fenced, private garden a pool awaits you, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols and with an outdoor shower. The traditional stone grill on the sunny terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors under a blue sky. Occasionally a curious hen might pay you a visit and further towards the rear of the garden there are also sheep and rabbits. You can help yourselves from the charmingly planted vegetable and herb garden during your stay. The pool and your private tennis court and golf course can be illuminated, so you can turn night into day. The table tennis table provides fun not only for children. The roofed area right in front of the villa provides secure parking spaces for four cars.
The 20,000m² site comprises two villas next to each other, one of which is let out as holiday accommodation, while the other is occupied by the owner. They are both accessed along a private driveway and then separate entrances, and they are also separated by a fence, ensuring ample privacy. The fully air-conditioned holiday villa provides 250m² of living space on two floors. It has an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, four bedrooms, four luxurious daylight ensuite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet/washroom. On the ground floor there is the living room with a generous suite, a wide flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player, a stereo system and a safe for your valuables. The large wooden dining table can seat ten people. Behind it there is the white and glossy built-in kitchen with the latest appliances: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. On cooler evenings you can make yourselves comfortable down around the cosy open fireplace. The guest toilet has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. All four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a flatscreen TV and built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space. The four bathrooms are each fitted with an extra spacious shower, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided on arrival, a highchair is available and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.
Your holiday villa is about 3.3km from the sea and the nearest long beach with a range of water sports. It is about 900 metres to the centre of Labin, where you can find all everyday essentials: shops, an ATM, colourful markets and a good range of cafes and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is in Kapelica about 600 metres away.
As a little extra, golf clubs and balls are provided free of charge. Although the owner next door is always mindful of your privacy, he is happy to assist with any queries.
