There is a beautiful roofed terrace with a large table and seating for eight people. Outside there are also an outdoor grill fireplace and a comfortable lounge seating group, from which one can enjoy a lovely view over the pool towards the sea. All the rooms are air conditioned and there is central heating. There is a leisure room in the basement with a pool table. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. All the bedrooms have a double bed and their own bathroom. One additional small child under four years old can be accommodated.

The pool measures 8 x 4m and has a counterflow system and solar heating. All three rooms in the attic have their own balcony with a sea view.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
