Private: property 150 m2, swimming pool (above ground) (12 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, infrared sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 4 km, pebble beach 30 km, rocky beach 30 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
