The villa is located in the quiet village of Orbanići. It features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a terrace, and a private micro-massage swimming pool (10 x 4 meters). The villa sits on a 1000 sq m property, with the house itself measuring 200 sq m. The living room has access to the outdoor pool and terrace. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
