Villa Treori is an authentic Istrian renovated holiday home with pool for 8 people near St. Lovreč, only 15 km from Poreč and the beach, and the Lim Channel is 8 km away. The house is located on a fully fenced garden with a total area of 700 m², manicured lawn and flowers, a 40 m² saltwater pool and sun loungers. Next to the pool there is a beautiful covered terrace with a large table and barbecue, while there are several parking spaces in the courtyard. The house is located next to a large olive grove and offers its guests complete privacy. This beautiful house was built in 1898 and during the renovation in 2023 the traditional Istrian architecture was preserved but equipped with modern furniture.

Villa Treori for 8 people extends over a total of 240 m² of living space, spread over three floors and is ideal for larger families. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living area with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to the gallery. From the living room there is direct access to the pool, garden and covered terrace. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and greenery. On the second floor of the house there is another bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with WLAN.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
