This beautiful and modernly furnished villa for 16 people is located in the village of Musalež near Poreč. Villa Gialla consists of three separate units. It extends over three floors, with one apartment on each floor. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The ground-floor apartment is the smallest but has direct access to the pool and a lovely summer terrace with a fireplace. The apartments on the first and second floors have particularly beautiful, large terraces with outdoor seating, offering lovely views of the resort's verdant surroundings.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
