The new Villa Mugeba III is located near Porec and Vrsar in the small village Mugeba . The villa can accommodate up to 16 persons and offers plenty of space for a pleasant holiday. The villa is located just 2km from the beautiful beaches and 1 km from the water park Aquacolors . The villa offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 2 toilettes. The villa consists of two connected housse each with it's own private pool. On the ground floor are the 2 large living rooms with 2 kitchens and dining table. From the living room you have an exit to the pool and the terrace where you can also grill with your friends and family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. On the groundfloor are the livingroom, kitchen, dinning room and toilette. The house is pleasantly furnished with garden furniture, barbecue, terrace with sun loungers and sun umbrella next to large private pools. The town of Porec is within 4km of the house. Restaurants, markets and shops are available without the use of a car. The nearest beaches, tennis courts, surfing, ski lift, horse riding are located in the blue and green lagoon (Plava i Zelena Laguna). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
