From the villa there is a unique view of Motovun, the picturesque town at the top of the hill, which is also one of the symbols of Istria. Only a few minutes walk away is a rural household where you can taste simple dishes made from organically grown ingredients, a shop is 2 km away, beaches, various sports and leisure facilities are 25 km away.
Villa Demetra offers its guests an infinity pool of 40 square metres, a covered terrace with barbecue and dining table, billiards, table tennis and several parking spaces on its own plot of 1000 square metres. The pool is heated outside the summer season.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
