Surrounded by lush Istrian countryside, olive groves, and vineyards as part of a small exclusive group of four homes, the property provides an ideal base for up to six guests to explore local wineries, cycling trails, and nearby coastal attractions.
Outdoors, large glass doors lead from the main living spaces out onto a generous terrace and garden featuring a private swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor grill. Designed for relaxed days under the sun and long summer evenings, the grounds also include an authentic olive tree and private parking on the premises for up to four cars.
Inside, the home showcases custom-made wooden furniture and luxurious beds crafted by a cabinetmaker. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
