A beautifully and tastefully renovated Istrian stone house in Milanezi, a small village near Visnjan, with ample terrace space and a large swimming pool in a spacious garden with sea views. Built over 500 years ago by the Venetians, it was completely renovated between 2021 and 2023. The house combines modern comforts with the essence of traditional Istrian stone houses, featuring warm and contemporary furnishings. It can accommodate up to 8 people in four air-conditioned bedrooms (4 double beds). All rooms are authentically and individually decorated, with exposed natural stone walls. A fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace, provides the perfect setting for socializing. The house is ideal for enjoying with family or a group of friends.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
