In a small place in the southern part of peninsula Istria you will find a beautiful 5-star villa Kanco (400 m2) with amazing mountain view and picturesque green environment. Villa was designed by art, very talented designer awarded two times in a row by distinguished London prize. Villa consist of four bedrooms, each in other color, and every room has its lounge and her own bathroom. There are also two separated toilets, a big kitchen and living room with a cozy couch. All bedrooms have a living room and LED television. All areas have air condition. Villa is suitable for 10 persons. Vila has also a relaxing room with jacuzzi and sauna. Villa is surrounded with 1000 m2 of green lawn, 50 m2 swimming pool (with massage function) and its stone beach with covered terrace and a big wooden table. Next to it, you will find another smaller building (100 m2) – game room with table tennis, table football, billiard, Picado and also an inner grill. On the outside there is also an exterior grill. In the backyard there is entertainment for children; swing, toboggan, trampoline, all surrounded with olives, owers and green fence. The villa has three parking places.Villa Kanco is located in the place Frkeči close to the small town Barban. Nearby beaches are located in places called Krnica, Rabac, Rakalj approximately 15 km from the villa, and 40 km from beautiful famous touristic pearls such as Rovinj, Poreč, Vrsar, Rabac. Villa is suitable for renting in winter time because it has heating all over the house.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
