The apartment features a large private pool (8 x 4 m) and a beautifully maintained garden with a covered barbecue area available to guests.
The apartment occupies the entire first floor of the house and is very large and spacious. It features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a large balcony overlooking the pool. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with comfortable beds (120 x 200 cm). The master bedroom with a double bed has a separate balcony overlooking the pool.
The pool is for the exclusive use of the apartment, as is the barbecue area in the garden.
Parking is available on-site.
The village has two small restaurants, a shop is located in the center of Visinada, and the sea is approximately 18 km from the apartment.
The location is perfect for sightseeing and exploring central and coastal Istria.
