Kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and water heater. Highlight of the apartment is 30 m² big terrace where you will surely enjoy watching the sunset with a glass of wine. You also have air condition, TV/SAT, WiFi at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are included in price. Pets are not allowed. Parking place is in front of the building.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
