Villa Emilia is an attractive and renovated house with a swimming pool located in the village of Markovići near Vižinada. It is situated in a calm and quiet location making it an ideal choice for a vacation away from city noise.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for sitting and a table with six chairs is in front of the kitchen. In front of the private pool are six sunloungers. Opposite the house is a separate building- an outdoors kitchen with a dining table and six chairs. In front of the house is a parking space. The property is fence by a green textile until the trees grow.It's fenced by all sides except for the front of the house by the parking space .

The house is fully air conditioned and there are heating options for the autumn and winter months. The living room exits to a terrace and patio on which you can enjoy your morning coffee, prepare a tasty dinner using the barbecue, and sip a cocktail by the illuminated swimming pool in the evening.
There is parking space for two cars, bicycles or motorcycles in front of the house.

Villa Emilia is located in the small village Markovici near Vizinada. In Vižinada there are two shops, three cafés, an ATM machine and typical restaurants can be reached in just 4 -10 km. For beach enthusiast there is the Lanterna resort, for cyclists the Parenzana road, for hikers Učka and for history enthusiasts Pula is just one hour drive away.

Istria is only suitable to be explored by car. Buses can be used, but they are infrequent and they do not always connect two places. Buses to Markovici are non-existent. The property is located in a small village with only a few inhabitants and not-often used roads.
