Villa Bellavista Poletti is a newly built holiday home on its own fenced plot of 4500 m2 in the village of Markovac, approx. 14 km from Poreč and 11 km from the sea. In Višnjan, 3 km away, there is the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more.

The house was built in 2014, is surrounded by greenery and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. In the outdoor area of the house there is an outdoor pool with salt water, sun loungers and shower, 2 covered terraces with seating, a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue, a covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts, as well as a swing, trampoline, goals for football (small) and an attractive gravel track for mountain bikers. Car parking for two vehicles is available in the courtyard.

The owner of the house is a famous Istrian winemaker. His family house and wine cellar are only 50 metres away from the villa, so he is always available for his guests.

Villa Bellavista Poletti is suitable for 6 people with a living space of 130m2. The house is equipped with modern furniture and consists of a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room with beautiful panoramic sea views and access to a covered terrace and pool. Next to the living area is a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace, as well as a separate WC. On the mezzanine floor there is a spacious bedroom with access to the terrace with garden furniture and beautiful views, a bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with separate beds and en-suite bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
