The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a balcony, a patio, a terrace, a swimming pool, a barbecue and an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two bidets, two toilets, two showers and two hairdryers.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge.

WiFi and AC, and good natural light make it pleasant in warm or mild weather.

The nearby harbour area and marina invite sunset walks, seaside cafés and a chance to watch boats slide across the horizon. For deeper colour, explore the medieval Old Town - with its ancient walls, narrow stone streets, lively cafés and local markets.

Note - In case of booking only two people, the minimum cost of stay must be 150 euros per night.

Non smoking accommodation. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
