The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Single-family house "Paola". In the hamlet Loborika 6.5 km from the centre of Pula, 6 km from the centre of Marčana, in a quiet, sunny position, 9 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 820 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 5 m diameter, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 12.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (30 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. There is a lake/open water less than 9 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Paola in Loborika you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
