Villa Domenica Exclusive is a newly built villa with pool on the outskirts of Labinci, not far from Poreč and only 2-3 minutes drive away in Kaštelir there are many useful facilities, including a grocery shop (only 500 m from the house) and to typical restaurants, coffee bars, agrotourism farms and wine roads, as well as the nearest pebble beaches, sports and recreational facilities are located in the tourist town of Lanterna, 9 km away.

The house has its own well-kept garden of approx. 1,100 m², quietly situated with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. Villa Domenica Exclusive offers guests the following in the outdoor area: a private covered car park for 2 vehicles, a 40 m² swimming pool with sun loungers, seating furniture, a covered terrace with seating and a brick barbecue.

This beautiful villa is ideal for 8 people, with an area of 200m² spread over two fully air-conditioned floors, and consists of a ground floor with kitchen and dining table, a spacious living room and access to a covered terrace and pool, a bedroom with shower/WC and a shower/WC in the hallway. On the first floor of the house there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower/WC and one with a balcony offering a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. Pets are allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
