The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a barbecue, a patio, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a balcony and there are seven air conditioners and two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, four showers, five washbasins and five toilets.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two fridge-freezers and three washing machines.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two stoves, two coffee makers, two microwaves and two ovens.

Situated on the outskirts of the town of Labin, in a peaceful setting, yet just a 10 minute drive from the Rabac is this villa which can accommodate up to 12 people and is ideal for large groups or 2 families.
A few local restaurants can be found in area (Old Town), or for a day at the coast, Rabac is a typical Istrian seaside town, dotted with cafes and shops along cobbled streets for an authentic atmosphere.
The villa has a garden of 4500 m2 and is surrounded by a forest, but in a few minutes' drive you are in the city, close to the large shops.
From the lounge, a welcoming, large, 2 covered terrace is the ideal place to relax and overlook the inviting private swimming pool which lies within generous gardens, where you can admire views across the pretty countryside

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
