The spacious, 2 units detached villa in Kujići with neatly maintained outdoor and indoor area. This villa offers 5 bedrooms and can host up to 10+2 ( kids until 12 years) guests. The highlight of villa Elvis, is the shaded balcony, just above the garden area with swimming pool, overlooking the magnificent natural surroundings. Guests are privileged to pick up vegetables from the owners' big pride: mini eco- garden. On guests' request owners can arrange boat ride to search numerous local bays and coves. The interior of the house is spread over 3 floors with one entrance from the ground floor ( 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room), outside stairs leading to the first floor ( 1 bedroom, spacious living room with modern kitchen, bathroom) and indoor stairs leading to the second floor (2 sleeping room and bathroom).The 420 sq meters of the surrounding area is fenced for your privacy and security and your pet will be very thankful for choosing this house! Children will appreciate playground with swings. House is located in peaceful village Kujići, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Yet, the cultural and historical center of the region, town Pula is reachable within 15 minutes drive. Here, you can enjoy visits to the interesting monuments and sites testifying turbulent history of the region. Morning visit to the Pula green market in the shade of the chestnut trees is one of the good choices. Location of the villa Elvis is a good starting point for daily trips throughout the Istria, visiting picturesque medieval towns, enjoying home made food in typical taverns or rewarding your children with the visit to aqua parks, Dino park or aquarium. Owners are kind and friendly, living in the neighboring house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
