Flat in a typical Istrian country house with garden for shared use The flat is located on the first floor of a typical Istrian country house, completely renovated in 2015. The small village is 30 km from the Italian border, a few minutes from Umag, Savudrija, Novigrad, Poreč.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs, sun umbrella and sun beds. Communal garden equipped with furniture (table with chairs, deck chairs) in the shade of mulberry trees. The property is fenced.

The Istrian coastline is characterised by numerous blue flag beaches. The coast between Umag and Novigrad has some of the best beaches in Croatia. They are characterised by picturesque bays and points, with rocky and pebble beaches that invite you into the primordial world of the sea. Many beaches are landscaped, while others have retained a wild, untamed appearance. Pine forests and olive groves will protect you from the summer heat. The commitment to sustainable development has rewarded the beaches of Umag, Novigrad and Brtonigla with numerous blue flags.
