Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
Single-family house "Zvanya", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Zagrad 3 km from the centre of Kožljak, 15 km from the centre of Labin, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 9 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. 1 km long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "Labin" 15 km, pebble beach 9 km. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 60 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
