This authentic Istrian terraced stone house is located in Kaštelir, 10 km from Porec and 6 km from Lanterna beach. There is a well-known restaurant and shop only 100m away, pizzeria, ATM, typical tavern, wine road and other facilities are about 1km away. The house was completely renovated in 2011 and during the reconstruction care was taken to preserve the originality of the old stone house. Situated in a quiet location, the house offers its guests a 100sqm fully fenced garden with covered terrace with seating, barbecue and private parking for one car. The owner lives in the immediate vicinity and is always available.

This rustically furnished holiday home is ideal for families with children and pets are welcome. The house is partially air-conditioned and WLAN is available to guests, all included in the price.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
