Private: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (15 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, tennis, patio (15 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
