General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private), a garden (fenced) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

This comfortable villa for 6 persons is located in the place Kosinožići, 3,5 km away from Poreč.

To its guests the villa offers a swimming pool, a spacious terrace and parking places for three cars. Private parking secured inside property. The swimming pool and the garden are maintained once a week.

The house is newly built and furnished with modern furniture. Located on an own peace of land, the Villa Nina is a villa for 6 persons with in total 120 m². At the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen with ridge with freezer, stove, microwave, oven, filter-coffee machine, dishwasher, spacious dining-livingroom with table for 6 people, one big couch, Satellite TV (46˝), DVD Player, Hi-fi and a bathroom with shower/toilet. At the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The house offers Air-conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi internet access.

The area has many hiking and biking trails, wine trails and Poreč offers many sporting activities at sea. Grocery is at a distance of 3,5 km, restaurant at 3,5 km and the beach at 4,5 km.

Cot is available on your request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outside. Cash box is available for your valuables. Visitors of Villa Nina will need a car as the village is not accessible by public transport. Minimum period of rental in July and August is 7 days.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
