The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a barbecue, fitness equipment, a sauna, a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Private: property 1'000 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 32 m2, depth 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, badminton, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, hot tub (all included), washing machine. Shop 10 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop 10 km, railway station 17 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
