Holiday Home Vinkovic is a comfortable accommodation for a family of 4 to 5 people in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is spread over three floors, has a fenced yard with parking and a barbecue. The windows are protected by mosquito nets, because the house is located in the village with a view of the garden and olive grove.The large shaded entrance terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs.On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining-living area with flat-screen Sattv and air conditioning, and a separate guest toilet.The kitchen is equipped with a stove (3 gas + 1 electric), oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine and Italian coffee maker.The staircase leads to the first floor with a smaller room with two separate beds, without air conditioning. Attached bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. An iron and an ironing board are available to guests.A rustic staircase leads to the attic on the second floor, where there is a large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and one extra bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Through the small window there is a panoramic view of the green Mediterranean forest and the Adriatic Sea on the horizon.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
