For swimming in the sea, you will find bays with crystal-clear water just waiting to be discovered in the surrounding area. The surrounding towns of Krnica, Rakalj and Barban are rich in various events and summer folk festivals. If you long for the city after a relaxing day, nearby Pula offers a variety of entertainment options.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol, garden loungers and a large gas barbecue. The pool area is illuminated and therefore also invites you to swim at night. The property is fenced and ideal for children. Private parking spaces on the property.

On the ground floor is the large living room with flatscreen TV (Internet TV/Sat), adjoining the fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice cream maker and dining area. The washing machine is located in a separate room by the guest WC. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, with its own bathroom, air conditioning and access to the terrace. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, one of which has a spacious balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, bidets and natural light. Each bedroom is furnished with double beds (180x200), which can also be used as single beds (90x200) if required. There is a supermarket in the neighbouring village with all the essentials you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
