A wooden internal staircase leads to the two double bedrooms on the upper floor, which are furnished with double beds. There is also another bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.

The outdoor area includes a fenced front garden of approx. 50 m², which is equipped with a gas barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a tempting jacuzzi - the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Istrian sun.

The house's location in Kavran puts you just 3km from the coast, where you have the freedom to explore a number of gorgeous beaches and secluded coves. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
