The newly built and modern furnished house is located in Kastel not far from the border Slovenia/Croatia. The location is ideal for a family holiday where you can spend a nice time. The pool is for your private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main road is far away so there is no noise during the day and night. Beaches can be reached in a short time. Many restaurants are in the neighbourhood and a small market is also within walking distance.
On the ground floor there is the living area and the kitchen as well as a bedroom and a toilet with shower. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, two with terrace, also a bathroom with toilet and a double sink. The bedroom on the ground floor has a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, two night stands. Night lights and the window has electric shutters. Two of the rooms on the ground floor have the same only two with terrace, one without terrace but with two beds of 200 x 80 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, hob with induction plates, coffee machine and a large table for 8 people. In the living area there is an LCD TV with satellite reception.
The terrace on the ground floor is connected to the kitchen by a sliding door. It has a large garden table for 8 people and is close to the barbecue. The pool, which is for private use, is directly in front of it. There are sunbeds and parasols around the pool. Behind the house is a garden with a lawn where there is shade in the afternoon. The pool is 6.4m x 3.2m and has steps with a platform. There is space for two cars in the car park.
The house is completely barrier free so no steps or stairs around the house or in the house on the ground floor, pets are not allowed.
