The newly-built house is in the village of Kastel, three kilometres from Buje and ten kilometres from Umag. The location is very quiet, 300 metres from the main road, so there is no traffic to disturb your sleep and your children can run around freely without your having to worry.
The living space of around 150m² can accommodate six to eight people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house was built in 2013 and has a 250m² plot of land. The living room has satellite TV and a sofa bed (140 x 200cm). The well-equipped kitchen provides an electric stove and induction hob, hot and cold water, a fridge, oven and coffee machine. The bathroom on the ground floor has a washing machine, bath and WC, while the bathroom on the first floor provides a shower and WC. The ground-floor bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm), wardrobe, two bedside tables and two reading lamps. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a wardrobe, two bedside tables, two reading lamps and a dresser. The other bedroom also has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a wardrobe, two bedside tables with reading lamps and dressers. There is air conditioning on the ground floor and on the first floor. Pets are not allowed
The house has a private pool just for you and a private parking space on site. The terrace is on the side of the pool where the grill is.
You can go shopping about 3km away and Umag is about 10km away. There is a restaurant about 200 metres away and the sea is about 6km away.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
