The third bedroom has a bunk bed: The upper bed has a size of 0.90 x 200 cm, the lower bed has a size of 120 x 200cm. The spacious living room with satellite tv and computer with internet access is open to the kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove and oven, dish washer, microwave etc. The bathroom has a shower. The owner also lives in the house (with separate entrance).

Vižinada (Istria, Adriatic, Umag region) is a very quiet place, you can relax very well and will not be disturbed. Nearby you will find purchasing (3 km), restaurant (500 m), town center (5 km). Umag is12 km away. The Slovenia border (EU) is 3 km away. The Adriatic Sea with a stone beach in Kanegra is 6 km away. You can play Golf in the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic which is 10 km away, do horse riding in Katoro (10 km). In Umag there is a boat rental and diving possibility.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
