Discover our spacious, 180 m² holiday home, which is ideal for families and friends who want to spend relaxing days together. With its inviting atmosphere and comprehensive facilities, it offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday.
Inside, you will find a cosy living/dining room with a sofa area, flat-screen TV with DVD player and a dining table for up to six people. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, (deep) fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin are located on the ground floor. The upper floor has three further bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. A second bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin as well as free WiFi and heating in all rooms round off the interior.
The outdoor area invites you to relax with its large terrace, equipped with a table, an awning and a swing. Enjoy an evening meal with your loved ones or round off the day with a glass of wine on the cosy balcony. For your convenience, there are also two covered and free car parking spaces.
In the immediate vicinity, just 200 metres away, you will find a shop for your daily needs and just 50 metres away you will find a football pitch with a playground for our younger guests. The location of our holiday home therefore combines idyllic tranquillity with practical proximity to local amenities, so there is something for everyone.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
