The two-storey holiday house with 90m² of living space provides an open living room-bedroom with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa, a single bed (90 x 200m), satellite TV, a DVD player and a wooden dining table with eight chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), and the sofa down in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed for two further people. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. There is a separate storage room outside with a washing machine for shared use. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge. A cot can be provided on request for a small fee.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
