Needless to mention that the living room is equipped with an air conditioning too and will provide a wonderful room temperature in any season. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may know from home. Plates, glasses, pots, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, oven and microwave. This makes the 150 m2 common size of the one floored Villa Stella your best choice for a stay.
While you might enjoy most time outside, the pool and huge plot of 1600 m2 can give you enough space to spend a wonderful time. The 36 m2 sized pool allows you too cool down on the very heaty days and to chill on the sun beds. Moreover you have a BBQ and an outside table, to enjoy the beautyful Istrian nights together and simply have a good time.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
