The detached house Plum is ideal for 4 people and a maximum of 6 people, as two more people can sleep on the sofa. The house has two bathrooms and is therefore ideal for two couples of friends who would like to spend a nice holiday together with or without children. The house has central air conditioning, which is sufficient to cool the entire house. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and presents itself with a new kitchen, bathroom and beds.

The entire house and of course the 25m2 pool are also at the exclusive disposal of the guest. Parking spaces are of course also available.

Various beaches on different coasts can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
