The large, private garden is fully fenced, secure, and features a private pool. The villa enjoys a warm, sunny location in a quiet area, just minutes from the sea. The beaches of Rabac are only 5 km away. A large, stone-built charcoal grill and a spacious dining table are located in the garden overlooking the pool.

All rooms are on the ground floor. The spacious, comfortable, and elegant living room is fully air-conditioned. The new, fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining room. Beautiful, romantic, and peaceful bedrooms are all air-conditioned. Cots are also available. The villa is beautifully decorated and perfect for families or groups of friends.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
