The holiday house is located in a quiet, green area on the outskirts of Kanfanar on the Croatian peninsula of Istria. Guaranteed privacy: a holiday home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and private outdoor space with a terrace, barbecue and private pool.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast or a convivial barbecue on the 25-square-metre terrace, which offers a covered area directly in front of the kitchen, furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue. The pool area is directly adjacent to the terrace and promises refreshing swims in the water and relaxation on the sun loungers available. Privacy is guaranteed: the entire outdoor area is exclusively available to the guests of the holiday home. The property also has three parking spaces.

The holiday home is spread over two floors and consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor are the kitchen-living room and one of the bathrooms, while on the upper floor are the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. The large kitchen-living room is divided into a living and dining area. The living area, with its large corner sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed) and flat-screen TV, invites one to spend pleasant evenings watching TV, while the dining area, with its dining table and kitchenette, allows one to share meals. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a gas cooker, oven and dishwasher. The bedrooms each have a 180x210 cm double bed and one of the rooms also has a sofa bed. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and hairdryer. The holiday home also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi access.

About one kilometre from the property there is a large supermarket, while in the centre of town, about 500 metres away, there is a small grocery shop. Approximately three kilometres away is a farmhouse offering local specialities. Ten kilometres away is the coast with Ria (a fjord-like bay) and its oyster and mussel cultivation, and 18 kilometres away is the famous and historical town of Rovinj. Sandy beaches can be found in Vestar, near Rovinj. The beaches of Kanfanar and Lim Channel are pebbly. The surrounding area is ideal for excursions to picturesque historical towns such as Motovun, Grožnjan and Hum, located within a 40-kilometre radius. Pula Airport is 35 kilometres away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
