In the very special Villa d’Arte, a beautiful house, designed with a lot of love to the detail, a modern home, perfect to let go for a moment, awaits you. The big parking lot has enough space to safely park 2-3 cars, partly in natural shadow. The whole terrain is surrounded by a beautifully designed wall, so you have your private space.
The nicely designed front yard lets you embrace the feeling of the south. Palm trees, Cypresses, Olive trees and Bamboo and -if in season- cherries… the small breakfast terrace is beautifully surrounded and if wanted you can open up a sun shield to provide some shadow.The cozy pool – location is a place you will barely want to leave. The big pool has a unique design and is, especially off season, against a small extra price, heatable. The big terrace has two sunscreens, six loungers, a nice table that fits 6 people and a outdoor shower. Also the new barbeque can be used.
The terraces are made of the local Kanfanar-Stone, giving it a special kroatian charm and a beautiful ambience. The big pool is especially extraordinary through its turquoise water and its round steps and the in pool seating area.
The Villa d’Arte deserves her name not only by its summary design but also because it reminds you of the beautiful seaside you will find only 6 kilometers away. Everywhere you will find maritime decorations, partly designed by the owners of the house or at least chosen by their good eye from regional artists. Many of the decorations and art pieces you will discover in the home during your stay are made by local artists from Rovinj. The specialty of the Villa is that the terrace and the pool built the center, all rooms are on the same level around pool, with direct exit to the pool area. This is especially nice at night, when you can look through your window from bed and see the smart light concept of the terrain. The living room is held in a modern design, has a big lounge style sofa for the whole family. Also a flat screen is provided. Another feature is the open kitchen concept, opening up to the eating area for 6 people and the living room. The kitchen has every utensil you could ask for to cook a nice meal, set the table for a family get together and enjoy. The ceiling construction gives the room a wide, open feeling and can be enlightened. The house provides a master bedroom with a bathroom connected and two more rooms for two and one shared bathroom. In both bathrooms you will get to have a nice shower and toilet facilities. In the bigger one you will find a washing machine, a clothing rack and the opportunity to iron your clothes. All bedrooms have a king-sized bed of new standard, a big wardrobe, two nightstands and nice lightening. The curtains are light and heatproof. Summer bedding and, if needed, plaits are provided. Also you will receive a set of towels per person. You need to bring towels for outside use and the beach yourself. A baby bed can be built up, if wished.
Kanfanar is a small calm village near Rovinj (16 km), on the top end of the Limski Fjord. Here you have the ability to go hiking or swimming in the fjord only 10 minutes away. Kanfanar is popular throughout the young families from the region because of its central location. All of the nice places you will find in Istria are reachable by car without any problems. Kanfanar has two coffee bars, one bakery (that’s open Sundays too) and a small super market, that has all you need.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
