The holiday home for 7 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a terrace and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Villa Grande is located in the small Istrian village of Brščići (part of village "Juršići"), which belongs to the municipality Svetvinčenat. Brščići is a village with about 100 inhabitants. The first neighbors live in Switzerland and come to the neighboring house only for holidays.

Juršići is located near well-known tourist destinations in Istria, such as Svetvinčenat, Pula, Rovinj, Fažana, and Medulin.

Guests of the house have at their disposal a private tennis court, basketball and football courts (100 m from the house).

Sports can be played in the evening too (the court is illuminated).

Next to the sports field, there is a playground for children, so that even the youngest members of the group can enjoy.

Villa Grande has a spacious fenced yard with a private pool (saltwater), a covered terrace with an outdoor table, and an outdoor barbecue/fireplace (wood+charcoal).

The house is air-conditioned and offers satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and underfloor heating throughout the house. 4 parking spaces are provided for guests.

The ground floor has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and one bathroom.

Villa Grande is a house of traditional Istrian architectural expression. Most of the walls in the courtyard, and part of the facade, are decorated with expensive Istrian stone. For over a year, the stone was hand-coated by one of the best Istrian masters for stone facades and walls.

A sense of spaciousness can be experienced in every corner of this property. The house once belonged to a famous Croatian-American actor. The balcony offers a sea view in clear weather.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
