The beautiful and luxurious Villa Ana, located near Fažana, is the perfect choice for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. The interior is high-quality and decorated with great attention to detail.On the ground floor, you’ll find a stylishly furnished, air-conditioned living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor – it features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a double bed, private bathroom, and a beautiful terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room offers direct access to the outdoor area. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed.The outdoor area features a fully fenced green garden with a pool and sun loungers – perfect for relaxing. The pool can be heated upon request. A covered terrace with a large dining table by the pool is perfect for evening barbecues for up to 10 people.For extra fun, guests can enjoy table tennis, darts, and a basketball hoop.We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay at our Villa Ana!

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
